Rang barse — the colours rained down on Tallinn as IAE celebrated Holi with bright powder, cheerful faces and plenty of community spirit. Inside the hall at Paavli Kultuurivabrik there were dances on stage and pakoras to share; outside, the snowy courtyard turned every colour.
